Home & Community Support
Our support complements regulated care services rather than replacing them.
• Over 14 years experience in health and social care
• Leadership experience as a Registered Manager
in regulated care services with both children and adults
• Compassionate, reliable and professional support
• Focus on independence, dignity and community life
• Designed to work alongside regulated care services
We support adults who may need practical help, companionship or support accessing the community while continuing to live independently in their own home.
• Older adults needing companionship and support
• Individuals recovering from illness or injury
• People living alone who would benefit from regular visits
• Families seeking additional support for a loved one
1. Initial conversation to understand your needs
(by phone or with a home visit)
2. Agree a flexible support plan
3. Arrange reliable and consistent visits
We aim to keep things simple, flexible and centred around the individual. Support can be arranged on a regular basis or as occasional visits, depending on what works best.
